Donald Trump unwittingly gives away that the mother of all Trump-Russia bombshells is about to land

Like all bad poker players, Donald Trump has a tell that gives him away every time hes been dealt a bad hand. Whenever he learns that the media is about to report a major story in his Russia scandal, he tries to distract from it by creating an arbitrary controversy. In the process he takes it too far and tips off that he knows its coming, and he often gives clues to whats coming. Today he had the mother of all meltdowns, one thats still going on hours later, and hes giving away that the mother of all Trump-Russia bombshells is about to land.

Trump started off with this mangled screed this morning, not a single word of which is true: Crooked Hillary Clintons top aid, Huma Abedin, has been accused of disregarding basic security protocols. She put Classified Passwords into the hands of foreign agents. Remember sailors pictures on submarine? Jail! Deep State Justice Dept must finally act? Also on Comey & others. He usually attacks Hillary or Comey when hes cornered. But calling for them both to go to prison in the same tweet? Hes uniquely desperate today. However, this was just the beginning.

Trump went on to try to provoke international incidents with everyone from Pakistan to Iran to the Palestinians. His tweets have just kept going and going today, as he tries to create as many arbitrary controversies as he can think of. He only does this when he knows a Trump-Russia story is coming, and he wouldnt be taking it this far unless it was a huge one. Hes provided only one clue about the bombshells nature.

In the midst of his meltdown, Donald Trump oddly decided to praise the New York Times for once. This may be related to the fact that its published a pair of puff pieces about him this week. But newspapers usually do that for balance just before they drop a bombshell on someones head. So he may have just tipped off that he knows the Times is about to take his legs out on Russia. Stay tuned.

The post Donald Trump unwittingly gives away that the mother of all Trump-Russia bombshells is about to land appeared first on Palmer Report.
